Each What’s Cosio gift box is thoughtfully curated with well-known items designed to feel special and meaningful. Items rotate regularly, so exact contents may vary. This allows us to keep each box fresh, fun, and unique. Boxes come in different tiers, increasing in value and luxury, and every box is curated with care as part of our Cosio Promise - It's when you're thinking of somebody else.
Can I choose the items in my gift box?
At this time, gift boxes are curated surprises and items are not individually selectable. This is part of the What’s Cosio experience.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders include free standard shipping, which typically takes 4–8 business days.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes. We offer Express Shipping (2–3 business days) for a flat fee of $40. Express shipping includes priority order processing.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You may add a short gift note at checkout, and we’ll include it with your box.
What is your return policy?
Because our boxes are curated and items rotate, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.
If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.
