At What’s Cosio, we carefully curate each gift box to create a delightful and surprising experience. Because the items in our boxes rotate regularly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference. Every box is a surprise, so exact contents may vary.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your gift box arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or missing item.
We will replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion, ensuring you still have a wonderful experience.
Store Credit Option
For other issues not related to damage or missing items, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit can be applied toward any future What’s Cosio purchase.
